We make almost everything by hand, so sometimes we need a little extra time. Please allow up to 7–10 days for your order to arrive at your door.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and the shipping destination.

If your order was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend taking these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or your front office (if applicable) in case it was left nearby.
  2. Reach out to your local USPS office or postal carrier for more details.
  3. If your package is still missing, email us at hello@localmementos.com with your order number within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping information, please let us know within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, it won't be possible to modify the shipping details. However, you will receive tracking information for your order, which will enable you to connect directly with the mail carrier for any urgent package requests.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.
