All orders are final sale, so please review your order carefully before checking out. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to help!

Damages & Defects

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at hello@localmementos.com within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of both the shipping box and the damaged item(s) so we can assist with a replacement.

Order Errors & Lost Packages

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders, duplicate items, or buyer's remorse. Additionally, we are not responsible for packages lost by USPS, sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or unclaimed at the post office.
