We pack all orders with care using recycled and recyclable materials. At this time, we only ship within the USA.
Processing & Delivery
Since most items are handmade, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. All orders are sent via USPS, and you'll receive a tracking link via email once your package is on its way. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, though timing may vary.
Tracking & Lost Packages
If your order was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend taking these steps:

Check with neighbors or your front office (if applicable) in case it was left nearby.

If your package is still missing, email us at hello@localmementos.com with your order number within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
